BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT, YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. SHOULD THIS FORM NOT BE SIGNED, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES.

 

I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a condition of utilizing The Artistry Room rental studio for photography purposes:

 

Responsibility for Injury:

   - I accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained by myself, my child/children, or any individuals in my group during the booked photography session.

 

 Equipment Usage:

   - It is my responsibility to use all equipment provided by The Artistry Room safely and correctly. I will consult a team member if any assistance is needed, especially when moving fragile or glass items.

 

Personal Items:

   - I acknowledge that items brought to The Artistry Room for myself, my child/children, or group members are my responsibility. The studio shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to these items.

 

Indemnification:

   - I hereby undertake to hold harmless and indemnify all parties associated with The Artistry Room against any and all liabilities arising from my visit to the premises, including but not limited to injuries, damages, or losses.

 

Legal Advice:

   - I declare that I have had the opportunity to seek independent legal advice regarding the matters addressed in this document.

 

Agreement to Policies:

   - I have thoroughly read the FAQs provided on the website and agree to abide by all policies mentioned.

 

I have read and understood this Agreement and am aware that by signing this Agreement, I am waiving certain legal rights that I, my child/children, or my heirs, next-of-kin, executors, administrators, and assigns may have against The Artistry Room and all associated parties.
